The Utility Board of Trustees meets the Wednesday following the first Council meeting of each month at 5 p.m. at City Hall.

Budget – Automatic Withdrawal Form – automatic withdrawal if you are on budget with payments withdrawn on the 20th of each month.
Automatic Withdrawal Form – for those banking at any institution paying the full amount of the monthly bill each month.
